Hedge Fund Analyst
Career Goal:
Analysts will be developed into Portfolio Managers through systematic and comprehensive training in equity research, portfolio construction, and risk management.

・Conduct fundamental research on companies, industries, and investment themes.
企業・業界・投資テーマに関するファンダメンタルリサーチを実施。
・Analyze upstream and downstream supply chains of specific industries.
特定業界のサプライチェーン全体を分析。
・Monitor market trends and portfolio status under guidance from CIO, Senior Coaches, and Portfolio Managers.
CIO、シニアコーチ、ポートフォリオマネージャーの指導のもと、市場動向やポートフォリオ状況を分析。
・Develop investment ideas with valuation models and downside risk protection.
バリュエーション分析やリスク管理を踏まえた投資アイデアを提案。
・Learn portfolio construction and risk management practices.
ポートフォリオ構築およびリスク管理手法を習得。
応募資格(必須経験など)
・Master’s degree or above preferred.
修士以上歓迎。
・Preferred backgrounds include:
Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Finance, Accounting.
歓迎専攻：
数学、物理、統計、アクチュアリー、金融工学、コンピュータサイエンス、クオンツファイナンス、金融、会計など。
・Strong interest and commitment toward public market investment.
株式市場・公開市場投資への強い関心。
・Clear ambition to become a Portfolio Manager in the future.

・Ability to handle pressure and challenges in financial markets.
