We're looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven recruiting professional to join our Japan Campus Recruiting team. In this role, you'll help attract and hire exceptional talent from leading universities across Japan, partnering closely with business leaders and colleagues to build the next generation of Goldman Sachs professionals.
This is an opportunity to influence the firm's long-term talent strategy, develop meaningful relationships with universities and students, and play a key role in delivering innovative recruiting programs in one of Asia's most important talent markets. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, business development, relationship management, consulting or other client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and operationally while maintaining a commercial mindset.
• Ability to influence and engage multiple audiences within a complex, consensus-driven organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and execution.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a long-term strategic focus.
• Japanese and English language fluency required.
