Overview
We offer unique, comprehensive training directly from our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the Pinpoint Institute. This training provides deep insights into systematic research methodologies, leveraging the CIO's extensive investment experience and practical knowledge of real-world companies. Our clear, accelerated career progression allows Analysts to evolve into independent Portfolio Managers by reaching various milestones, including expanding their stock universe, managing a paper portfolio, and ultimately building their own sizable book.
Responsibilities
Receive in-depth training and hands-on experience in fundamental research on real-life cases, reporting directly to the Pinpoint Institute and CIO.
Conduct comprehensive research on key themes, analyzing both upstream and downstream supply chains of specific industries within the research framework set by the CIO.
Closely monitor market trends and portfolio status under the mentorship and guidance of the Pinpoint Institute.
Present investment ideas to Portfolio Managers and the Pinpoint Institute, including detailed valuations, modeling, and downside protection strategies.
Prepare for future growth opportunities, including portfolio construction and risk management, with support from the Risk and Compliance team.

Requirements
• A Master's degree or higher, preferably in a science-related field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or Quantitative Finance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive under market pressure, with a resilient and determined attitude.
• A strong commitment to public market investment and a clear ambition to become a Portfolio Manager in the future.
• Programming and AI skills are a plus.
