What you'll be doing:
Own the complete order and supply management for a strategic direct customer. Process purchase orders and coordinate booking and delivery with internal teams. Manage schedule changes and track weekly forecast against supply commitments. Proactively resolve delays, pull-ins, and push-outs with operations and demand planning teams.
Handle finance-related operations including monthly payment confirmation, accounts receivable reconciliation, credit limit management, and rebate tracking.
Develop and maintain customer-facing and compliance documents — export parameter sheets, environmental regulatory surveys, and quotations — and assist with RMA processes from start to finish, including approval tracking, return shipments, and defect rate reporting.
Work alongside sales, finance, operations, and global teams to facilitate flawless delivery across the customer's multiple production sites and promote continuous progress in our methods.
