Our Data Support Analysts are the front line of customer service for Data supporting both internal and external clients. In this role, your core responsibility will be supporting Bloomberg clients through our Help Desk, which will allow you to develop general financial markets understanding and knowledge of the inner workings of Bloomberg's customer service technology. You will also use your project management skills and problem solving abilities to assist in the implementation of strategic solutions to improve client experience, team workflows and procedures. We are a large team that interacts with all areas of the business; therefore, the ability to effectively connect with partners in different regions and roles is essential.

You’ll need to have:
• Professional experience working in customer service roles where you're interacting with internal and/or external clients, eg customer support or helpdesk roles
• Professional fluency in Japanese in order to interface with clients requiring support in Japanese
• Proven written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to multitask effectively, remain professional under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take a logical approach and apply critical thinking to resolve complex or time-sensitive issues
• Aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
We’d love to see:
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant data technology or financial field, or degree-equivalent qualifications
• Experience in the financial services industry, including exchanges, market data providers, financial technology or financial institutions
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Google Drive
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as QlikSense or Tableau
