Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for business and new product development, portfolio solutions, and client service
Lead internal and external contact for all matters related to XIG private equity solutions
Communicate to external prospective and existing clients on private equity investment performance, portfolio exposures, concentrations, and customized portfolio developments
Participate in construction of customized multi-manager private equity solutions, coordinating between external clients and the internal XIG Portfolio Construction team
Manage communication and private equity platform updates with internal sales teams
Oversee ongoing client deliverables as well as new business development activities
Actively assist in XIG-wide initiatives and projects
応募資格(必須経験など)
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in manager selection, portfolio construction, or risk management on private equity is preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with sophisticated investors
- Strong interest in capital markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of work within tight timelines
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; adaptable to internal systems
- Team player with a proactive, self-motivated mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
- Japanese and English language proficiency
