Understand connections between business opportunities/challenges and underlying data.
・Project Management / プロジェクト管理
Operations・Complianceチームと連携
ビジネスニーズを伝達し、プロジェクトの方向性を推進
Work with Operations and Compliance teams to drive projects throughout their lifecycle.
・Process Improvement / 業務改善
業務プロセスの改善機会を特定
リスク、コスト、メリットを分析
関係するビジネス部門と連携して改善を推進
Identify improvement opportunities by assessing risks, costs and benefits.

入社時に実務中心の研修
Hands-on training at the beginning
その後、8か月×3回のローテーション / Three 8-month rotations
