J.P. MorganのMarkets部門におけるセールス＆マーケティング業務。法人・機関投資家などのクライアントに対し、J.P. Morganの幅広い金融商品・サービスを活用したソリューションを提供する。クライアントとの関係構築、市場分析、取引アイデアの開発、商品・ソリューションの提案などを担当する。
入社後はニューヨークで約4週間の研修を受け、統計、経済学、クレジット分析、バリュエーション、財務モデリングなどを学ぶ。株式、クレジット、外国為替、コモディティ、新興国市場など幅広いアセットクラスについて実務的に学ぶ。

The role is within J.P. Morgan's Markets Sales & Marketing business, supporting corporate and institutional clients across J.P. Morgan's broad range of Markets and Platform Services products.
Sales professionals build client relationships and package tailor-made solutions to meet clients' needs. Responsibilities include market monitoring, research and analysis, developing trade ideas, conducting portfolio reviews, and supporting senior colleagues.
The program begins with approximately four weeks of training in New York covering statistics, economics, credit analysis, valuation, financial modeling and various asset classes including equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities and emerging markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting senior colleagues with research, analysis and preparatory work
Monitoring financial markets
Developing trade ideas
Conducting portfolio reviews
Learning about products and solutions for different market conditions
Building and maintaining client relationships
Contributing to the team from the beginning

Strong interest in global financial markets
Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Japanese fluency is required
Coursework in finance or economics is preferred
