J.P. MorganのMarkets部門におけるトレーディング業務。主要なアセットクラスでクライアントに流動性を提供し、迅速な執行、マーケットシェア、電子取引プラットフォームを活用して取引を行う。
トレーダーは、クライアントからの問い合わせへの対応、市場動向に応じた取引判断、発生したポジション・リスクの管理、市場を大きく動かすイベントへの対応などを行う。細部への注意力、論理的思考、迅速な意思決定が求められる。
主な業務：
シニアメンバーのリサーチ・分析・準備業務をサポート
金融市場をモニタリング
トレードアイデアを開発
ポートフォリオレビューを実施

The role is within J.P. Morgan's Markets Trading business. Traders provide liquidity to clients across major asset classes and are responsible for responding to client enquiries, managing resulting risk and reacting to market-moving events.
Trading is described as detail-focused and intellectually stimulating, requiring logical and quick decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting senior colleagues with research, analysis and preparatory work
Monitoring financial markets
Developing trade ideas
Conducting portfolio reviews
Learning about products and solutions for different market conditions
Contributing to the team from the start
Responding to client enquiries
Managing trading-related risk
Reacting to market-moving events

2027年4月～2028年3月に大学・大学院を卒業予定
2028年4月からフルタイム勤務可能
グローバル金融市場への強い関心
優れた分析力・定量的能力・解釈能力

Excel、PowerPoint、Wordの使用能力
自ら責任を持って業務・プロジェクトを進める主体性

Pursuing a degree with an expected graduation between April 2027 and March 2028のフルタイム・アナリストプログラム。入社後、ニューヨークで約4週間の研修を受講し、統計、経済学、クレジット分析、バリュエーション、財務モデリング等を学ぶ。その後、東京のMarkets Trading
Available to start full-time employment from April 2028
