The Investment Banking Graduate Programme provides financial advisory, capital raising, financing and risk management services to corporations, governments and financial institutions. Graduates will develop specialist expertise as investment bankers and work on live transactions and business development projects.
Key activities include:
Financial analysis and financial modelling
Valuation
Industry research
Business evaluation and strategic assessment
Business and idea generation
External and internal stakeholder communication
Supporting client pitches and live deals
Advising corporate clients on strategic and financial matters
Developing financial models and strategies
Supporting new products and services
Managing client relationships and providing client service
投資銀行部門において、企業・政府・金融機関などに対する財務アドバイザリー、資金調達、ファイナンス、リスクマネジメントなどのサービスを提供する。Graduate Programmeでは投資銀行業務の専門性を身につけ、実際の案件やビジネス開発プロジェクトに携わる。

応募資格(必須経験など)
Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Expected graduation between September 2027 and June 2028.
Keen interest in finance and business.
Prior coursework or experience in accounting is strongly recommended.
Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit.
Must meet Barclays' legal right-to-work requirements for the role.
Visa sponsorship status must be accurately declared if applicable.

Applicants must also register and apply through the Mynavi portal.
The role is regulated by the FSA.
Expected graduation must be between September 2027 and June 2028.
