Global Markets部門の日々の業務に携わる。
初期研修後、セールスまたはトレーダーとして業務を開始する。
顧客ニーズを分析し、金融ソリューションを開発する。
金融市場をモニタリングし、トレードアイデアを策定する。
ファンダメンタル分析・テクニカル分析を行う。
顧客とのミーティングや電話に参加する。
トレーダー、セールス、ストラクチャラー、リサーチ担当者と連携する。
金融商品のプライシングをサポートする。
取引報告やP&L分析を行う。
トレーディングブックのリスク管理をサポートする。
リサーチプロジェクトを実施し、プレゼンテーションやレポートを作成する。
財務モデルや戦略の構築を行う。
新商品・新サービスの機会を発掘する。
顧客との関係構築・管理を行う。
Global Marketsにおける新規ビジネスや戦略的意思決定をサポートする。
主な対象アセットクラスは、外国為替（FX）、金利（Rates）、クレジット、株式（Equities）。
Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Global Markets division.
Start your career as a salesperson or trader after intensive initial training.
Analyze client needs and develop financial solutions.
Monitor financial markets and formulate trade ideas.
Perform fundamental and technical analysis.
Attend client meetings and calls.
Work with traders, salespeople, structurers and research colleagues.
Participate in product pricing.
Support trade reporting and P&L analysis.
Assist with risk management of trading books.
Conduct research projects and prepare presentations and reports.
Develop financial models and strategies.
Identify opportunities for new products and services.
Manage client relationships and provide client support.
Support strategic decision-making and business initiatives within Global Markets.
Main asset classes include Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Equities.
応募資格(必須経験など)
2027年9月～2028年6月の間に学士または大学院の学位を取得予定であること。
日本で就労する法的資格を有していることが望ましい。
主体性・問題解決力があること。

高い熱意とモチベーションがあること。
起業家的な精神を持っていること。
テクニカルスキルと対人スキルの双方を備えていること。
課外活動等を通じて主体性、チームワーク、熱意などを示していることが望ましい。

Expected to complete an undergraduate or postgraduate degree between September 2027 and June 2028.
Unrestricted work authorization in Japan is preferred.
