仕事内容
2年間のローテーション型Graduate Programmeとして、Operations業務について幅広く経験を積む。
入社後、5週間の集中研修を受講し、Operationsの基礎を身につける。
その後、Global Markets OperationsまたはPaymentsチームに配属される。
KYC（Know Your Customer）業務を行い、Client Due DiligenceおよびAML（マネーロンダリング防止）ポリシーに沿って業務を遂行する。
リアルタイムの取引フロー、トレード更新、例外処理キューを監視し、システム上で正確かつタイムリーに取引が処理されるよう管理する。
Incident、Problem、Change Managementに関する業務を行い、銀行全体のサービス改善を支援する。
オペレーションプロセスの継続的改善やベストプラクティスの開発を支援する。
システムや業務プロセスを改善する方法を考案する。
Cleared Derivativesに関する業務をサポートし、関連手数料の日次照合（reconciliation）を行う。
顧客および商品に関する複雑な処理業務を担当する。
研修・能力開発プログラムに参加し、専門知識やスキルを向上させる。
Join a 2-year rotational programme designed to provide broad and in-depth experience in Operations.
Complete five weeks of intensive training to build a solid foundation in Operations.
Join either the Global Markets Operations group or the Payments team.
Perform KYC tasks in accordance with Client Due Diligence and AML policies.
Monitor real-time transaction flows, trade updates and exception queues to ensure timely and accurate trade representation across systems.
Work on incident, problem and change management issues to improve services across the bank.
Support continuous improvement of operational processes and the development of best practices.
Identify ways to improve systems and processes.
Support cleared derivatives and perform daily reconciliation of related fees.
Undertake complex customer- and product-related processing activities.
Participate in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge．
応募資格(必須経験など)
2027年9月～2028年3月に卒業予定の学部生（Undergraduate student）であること。
GPA 3.2以上。
Barclaysが定める就労資格（Legal Right to Work）を満たす必要がある。
Barclaysがスポンサーする就労ビザを保有している場合、またはBarclaysによるビザスポンサーが必要な場合は、応募時に申告する必要がある。
Must be an undergraduate student expected to graduate between September 2027 and March 2028.
Minimum GPA of 3.2.
Must meet the required Legal Right to Work requirements.
Candidates who currently hold a Barclays-sponsored work visa or require visa sponsorship from Barclays must declare this during the application process.
