QUALIFICATION
• Investment Banking and Private Credit/Direct Lending candidate with minimum of 2 years experience
• Native level Japanese communication, High-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for investing with specific interest in credit / other structured products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and creative mindset; ability to analyze a variety of industries and businesses
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
• Ability to interact and build relationships with a wide variety of people
