BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong academic background (including but not limited to real estate, economics, accounting or math).
• 6 plus years of real estate experience across asset management and transactional roles
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability is a plus.
• Self-motivated; able to drive results andwork both independently and collaboratively.
• Native level Japanese proficiency and business level English required.
